It is reckoned that 90% of diseases start in the Intestines.

In my practice, I have found that negative emotions or excessive stress are always present in cancer clients. The causes of these negative emotions vary greatly, but basically they can be resumed at something we are not able to process harmlessly.

TWO SECRETS TO A GOOD NIGHT SLEEP

Your mind and body need sleep for regeneration.

Make sure you sleep enough. Some people are happy with five hours whilst some need nine hours. Whatever you need, make sure you get it.

There are two types of drugs:

1-Recreational Drugs
Stop these immediately. Sooner or later these will interfere with your well being.

2- Medicinal Drugs
Those prescribed for depression work poorly and make a chemical mess of your brain as was demonstrated by Robin William suicide.

If you are lucky and the drug works, stay on it. If they no longer work then...

We are told by our governments, who wish to be seen doing something about the number one cancer killer, that smoking is the main cause of lung cancer.

However, one third of all lung cancer sufferers never smoked!
But should we stop smoking?

THESE BREAKFASTS WILL MAKE YOU SICK

The three killer breakfasts:

Do not eat the following breakfast frequently. They would damage your health.

1. Fried breakfast with bacon, eggs, sausages, tomatoes, coffee...
2. Breakfast containing sugar, milk, jam, bread, coffee...
3. Breakfast with cereal that contains sugar (virtually all do) and pour some cow's milk on it, coffee...

YOU ARE PLAYING WITH YOUR LIFE IF YOU DO THIS:

After one of the above unhealthy breakfasts:
• Jump in your car and get stressed in traffic driving to work
• Struggle to find a parking space
• Sit at your desk exposing yourself to a computer screen or worse, to the back or side of a computer where radiation is higher
• Sit under fluorescent lights all day
• Go to lunch and have a sandwich on white bread with butter, or hydrogenated margarine (worse), a little cheese, chicken or meat or chemical salad cream

Your afternoon is pretty much the same as your morning unless you have had a stressful argument with a customer, your boss or a colleague.
Then drive back home in the stress of traffic.
Get home, have some more animal products to eat or pre-prepared junk food or a take away.
Finish the day watching TV with several drinks of alcohol.
